Medical Centre Bought Back to Life

A medical centre in Nottingham had been suffering vandalism damage for several months, the only way to stop the ongoing costs of glass replacement was to board all the windows up.
This bought a new problem in that all of their customers then thought that it had been forced to close, which wasn’t the case. What they decided to do was to look at installing some window security.
Crimeshield Midlands were approached to see if we could find an answer to their problems. What they wanted was a non maintenance solution with minimal or no daily operation, yet making the building secure. With this, the idea of shutters was not an option so other security solutions were concidered.
We demonstrated both our Crimeshield and Windowshield products and they were very impressed with the strength and unobtrusive look of both products, but preferred the Windowshield as it was completely invisible when installed. The benefit of this was that the medical centre would look open for daily use yet fully secure.
A full installation was carried out prior to Christmas so that the security of the building was in place for the holiday shutdown.
The customer was extremely happy with the solution and hoped that this would now help their business move on from the dark days of being a continuous boarded up practice.
